These terms govern your use of PropStudio3D websites, software, digital products, and services. By using or purchasing PropStudio3D, you agree to these terms.
Products and Services
PropStudio3D is a browser-based procedural 3D prop creation tool from Hyper Light Studios. It provides digital software access, generation tools, preset libraries, blueprint templates, export features, subscriptions, and optional digital add-ons.
Licenses and Usage
Unless a product page states otherwise, paid access grants you a license to use the software and exported models in your own games, prototypes, videos, artwork, and creative projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, or repackage the software, premium libraries, templates, or service access as a competing standalone product.
Accounts and Community Features
Some features may include accounts, cloud presets, uploads, ratings, comments, reviews, tags, and public profiles. You are responsible for content you submit and agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, or misleading content.
Payments
Payments, taxes, invoices, subscriptions, and payment methods may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another authorized merchant of record/payment provider. PropStudio3D does not store full credit card numbers.
Availability
We work to keep PropStudio3D available and functioning, but digital services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party provider issues. Features may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of Liability
PropStudio3D is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Hyper Light Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product or services.
