Refund Policy

We want customers to understand what they are buying before checkout. This policy explains how refunds are handled for PropStudio3D digital software purchases.
Digital Products
Because PropStudio3D is digital software, purchases are generally handled according to the refund rules of the storefront or payment provider where the purchase was made.
Refund Window
Steam purchases are subject to Steam's refund policy. If you purchased through another authorized provider, that provider's refund window and rules may apply.
Early Access
PropStudio3D is an Early Access product. Features may change over time, but we still want customers to understand what they are buying before checkout.
Exclusions
Refunds may be denied for abuse, repeated refund requests, completed digital delivery, extensive product use, violation of our Terms of Service, or requests made outside the stated refund window.
Payment Processor Policies
Payments may be processed by Steam, Valve, or another authorized merchant of record. Storefronts and payment networks may apply additional rules for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, tax, and fraud prevention.
Requesting a Refund
To request help with a purchase, contact us at hello@propstudio3d.com with your order email, order ID if available, storefront name, product name, and a short explanation of the issue.
